VaVa Studio
AI training for companies

AI training for companies that want to use it better themselves.

A concrete talk or practical workshop for teams that want to understand the opportunities, avoid common mistakes and find work where artificial intelligence can genuinely help.

  • Adapted to your industry and experience
  • Practical examples without sensitive data
  • Delivered in person or as agreed
  • Normally available in the evening
Two different needs

Learn to use it — or have something built?

Training helps the team use and assess AI themselves. If you need an assistant, document workflow or agent connected to your systems, that is a separate technical delivery with scope, testing and ongoing management.

Both start with a short clarification. Pricing, participant limits and inclusions come from the same product catalogue as the pricing page.

Afterwards

The team should leave with more than inspiration.

Better judgement

They can see more clearly when AI is useful, when an ordinary tool is better, and which outputs need extra checking.

Safer practice

A shared language for personal data, confidential information, source checking and human approval.

Concrete next steps

A small number of realistic use cases that can be tested without turning the whole company into an AI project.

Content

From curiosity to controlled use.

  1. 01What generative AI actually does — and why it can be confidently wrong
  2. 02How to provide clear context and create instructions that can be reused
  3. 03Quality-checking text, analysis, images and summaries
  4. 04Personal data, trade secrets and simple internal rules
  5. 05When a task should be solved with an integration or development instead
  6. 06How to choose a few experiments and measure whether they save time or improve quality
Who it is for

Best for teams that want shared competence.

  • Leaders and employees who use AI differently today
  • Small and medium-sized companies that want a structured start
  • Teams that want to work with their own realistic tasks
  • Companies that need a shared foundation before investing further

It is a poor fit if

  • you expect certification or legal approval
  • the aim is to build a finished AI solution during the session
  • participants intend to use sensitive customer data in open AI tools
A safe framework

Nobody needs to share what they should not share.

Participants use their own computers and accounts, but exercises use anonymised or constructed examples. The training provides practical skills, not legal advice, certification or a compliance guarantee.

Questions and answers

Before you book.

Can the talk be held in the evening?

Yes. The offer is designed for evening delivery while VaVa Studio builds up the training service. We agree the date and practical framework first.

Do you come to us?

Yes, the training can be delivered at your premises when the room, screen and practical setup are suitable. Travel outside the agreed local area is additional.

Does everyone need AI experience?

No. The AI evening also suits mixed experience levels. The workshop works best when participants have tried an AI tool and can bring realistic tasks.

Which tools do we use?

We start with the tools you already have access to and the tasks you need to solve. The training is not tied to one provider.

Can we use our own documents and customer data?

Not sensitive or confidential data in the exercises. We use anonymised, edited or constructed examples and agree any internal rules in advance.

Is this an EU AI Act compliance course?

No. Safe use, source checking and personal data are covered, but the training is not legal advice, certification or a compliance guarantee.

Can you build the solution afterwards?

Yes, if you identify a concrete workflow that should be integrated or developed. That becomes a separate project with agreed scope, fixed price and its own data and security requirements.

What happens after the workshop?

You receive materials and a short digital follow-up. The workshop should end with a few prioritised experiments and a simple 30-day plan owned by the team.

Want to raise the team's AI competence?

Send the number of participants, preferred date and a little about your work. I will suggest the right format and clarify pricing and practical terms before you decide.
