Five things that apply whatever you buy.
- You own everything 100 per cent
- The website, the code, the domain and the content are yours. If you end the agreement you take the source code and the domain with you, and we help with the move. There is no licence you have to keep paying to keep what was built.
- A starting price is a floor, not an estimate
- Where the scope can vary, we state what it starts at. The final price is confirmed once the scope is settled, and it is fixed before we begin. We do not send an invoice that grew along the way.
- The heaviest products have a price band
- Internal tools, bespoke systems, the internal AI assistant and the AI agent show a band instead of a starting price. A floor on a project that realistically lands twice as high is a number you have to be talked away from in the first meeting. The band says where the project actually lands.
- Model usage is billed at cost
- AI calls to the language model are passed on without a markup, with a monthly cap you set yourself. You get a breakdown of what the usage actually cost. The cap is what stops a mistake from becoming a bill.
- Existing customers keep their agreed price
- A change to the price list applies to new agreements. If you are already a customer you keep your agreed price until something else is agreed in writing.

Do I get a VaVa Studio discount as a Flow customer?
Yes, automatically. Every paid Flow plan includes a discount on VaVa Studio services such as websites, photography, visual identity, software, integrations and AI. The current percentage for each plan is shown directly above, and applies for as long as the subscription runs.
Do you build AI solutions?
Yes, at four levels. A website assistant that answers your customers, from NOK 24,990 plus NOK 1,490 per month. AI in your workflow that reads, sorts and summarises what comes in, from NOK 44,990 plus NOK 1,990 per month. An internal assistant on your own documents, NOK 69,990 to 149,990 plus NOK 2,990 per month. And an agent connected to your systems that actually carries out tasks, NOK 119,990 to 299,990 plus NOK 3,990 per month. The two heaviest use a price band rather than a starting price, because the scope varies too much for the floor to be an honest number.
What does the AI usage itself cost?
Model usage is billed at cost, with a monthly cap you set yourself. You receive a breakdown of the actual cost. We add no margin and never call it unlimited: every run costs real money, and the cap prevents an error from turning into an open-ended bill.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We do not use your data to train models. A data processing agreement is signed before the solution goes live, and you own the content, data and configuration.
Can VaVa Studio take new profile photos?
Yes. Portrait Mini NOK 2,990, Portrait Team for up to 5 people NOK 6,990, and a complete portrait and location package NOK 10,990. Flow customers buy it as a VaVa Studio add-on, not as a Flow fee.
Can VaVa Studio design a logo?
Yes. Logo Start NOK 4,990, Logo Pro NOK 8,990, a visual foundation NOK 15,990 and a complete visual identity from NOK 34,990.
Can VaVa Studio build custom integrations?
Yes. A simple automation or integration from NOK 16,990, a multi-step workflow from NOK 44,990, an internal tool or customer portal NOK 89,990 to 189,990, and a bespoke system or app NOK 149,990 to 399,990 for an MVP. Everything starts with a free scoping call. If we go further, we run a scoping project at NOK 4,990 that is credited back in full when you order.
What is the difference between VaVa Studio and Flow?
VaVa Flow is a ready-made operating system you subscribe to: booking, customers, till, records, communication and a website in one. VaVa Studio builds and runs what is not an off-the-shelf product: websites, software, integrations, automations, apps, photography and visual identity.
How long does a website take?
A simple site can be delivered quickly, while more advanced work with several functions, sign-in or a custom backend is scheduled case by case. You receive a clear timeline before we start. The timing assumes that text and images are ready; the clock pauses while we wait for material.
Does it cost anything to get a quote?
The first call is free: up to 30 minutes going through the need, and you get an honest view of what fits and roughly what it costs. If we go further, we run a scoping project at NOK 4,990: a survey of your current workflow, a recommended solution, scope, a simple technical outline, a risk assessment and a fixed-price proposal. The amount is credited back in full when you order the main project, and you are free to take the proposal elsewhere. You paid for it.
Who owns the website and the code?
You do. You own everything 100 per cent: the website, the code, the domain and the content. If you end the agreement you take the source code and the domain with you, and we help with the move. There is no licence you have to keep paying to keep what was built for you.
What are the hourly rates?
Graphic design and content NOK 1,290, development and integration NOK 1,490, and AI, architecture and security NOK 1,890 per hour. All excluding VAT, billed per started half hour. Hourly rates are used when the job does not fit a package, and for work beyond the hours included in a support agreement.
Do I need to buy hosting and maintenance separately?
No. Website and operations are one product at VaVa Studio. Domain setup, hosting, SSL, monitoring, security updates and backups are included in the monthly price.
What do you need to make work?
