What you get

It answers from your content

The assistant draws its answers from your own pages, documents and routines, and states where the answer came from. If it does not know, it says so and hands you to a human. It does not guess.

Nothing changes data without approval

If the AI is to perform something rather than just answer, every action goes through an approval flow and is written to an audit log. The agent never gets broader access than the task requires, and an action that went wrong can be rolled back.

You can see what usage costs

Every run costs real money at the model provider. That cost is billed at cost, with a monthly cap you set yourself, and you get a breakdown of what it actually came to. I never call it free usage.

I connect the sources, set tone and boundaries, and test against real questions and real documents. We find what it answers wrongly before anyone else does.

The monthly fee covers keeping it current as your content or systems change, keeping the cost cap in place, and me looking at the log when something looks off.
