This policy explains how VaVa Studio collects and processes personal data when you visit our site or get in touch via the form.
Data controller
VaVa Studio is responsible for processing your personal data. For any privacy questions, contact us at hallo@vavastudio.no.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message. We also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (such as page views) without cookies and without identifying you.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up on any project request. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Processors
We use Resend to send email and Vercel to host the site and provide anonymous statistics. They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We never sell your data and do not share it beyond this.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up the conversation, and delete them when they are no longer relevant.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us at hallo@vavastudio.no. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
