Technical rescue sprint
For projects that are stuck, half-finished or unstable in production.
- the developer has disappeared
- the integration does not work
- the demo cannot handle production
- booking or payment fails
- no clear route to launch
Integrations, portals, calculators, booking and AI workflows delivered under your name – or together with you as your technical partner. You keep the client, the project management and the margin.
Fixed scope and partner price · White-label when needed · No direct sales to your client · Reply within one business day
It happens when the client asks for sign-in, a price calculator, data from another system, a client portal or a workflow that does not exist in the standard tool. You can say no, start searching for a random developer – or send the project to someone you already know.
VaVa Studio is meant to fill that last role.
The client asks: Can the website also …
I can build the calculation, rules and result into the design you have already made, with clear assumptions and a route onward to a quote or order.
You can own strategy, design and client dialogue. I take the technical part that has to work in production.
For projects that are stuck, half-finished or unstable in production.
I connect the website to the systems the client already uses, with control over data and failures.
A sales or qualification tool built into the client's existing identity and website.
Workspaces that collect information, status and tasks without forcing the client into a generic system.
Flows where capacity, money and customer data must stay connected, including when something fails.
AI is used for a defined task, with the company's data and human control where it matters.
You handle the client dialogue and deliver the solution under your own name. I work in the background and deliver through you.
You introduce me as the technical partner. I can take part in the technical parts of client meetings while you still own the relationship and run the project.
We can start with one real project. No large partner agreement is required.
What is the client trying to achieve, what already exists, and where has the project stopped?
You quickly learn whether the project is feasible, what needs clarification, and whether it needs a separate scoping round.
No price you have to explain away later. The agency decides how the complete delivery is priced onward to the end client.
The solution is tested, documented and handed over in the way we agreed.
A simple first assessment can be free. Larger or unclear projects may require a paid scoping engagement, credited if the main delivery is ordered.
The collaboration should make the agency safer in its delivery, not create doubt about who owns the relationship.
What I deliver to agencies is built from the same parts I use in my own systems and published tools: interfaces, databases, integrations, booking, payment and logic that must keep working after launch.

A website for an outdoor nursery, built from scratch. The nursery edits the content itself, directly on the page, without going through me. Fast on mobile, and set up to be found by parents searching locally.

Send me the project you are consideringYes. That is the best way to start. We do not need a large partner agreement before we know the collaboration works.
Yes. I can deliver in the background through you. When direct technical dialogue would reduce risk or misunderstandings, we agree how I am introduced.
No. The client and the commercial relationship belong to you. I do not contact the end client with my own offers.
You invoice the end client. VaVa Studio invoices the agency according to the payment plan we have agreed.
You receive a fixed partner price based on the scope, responsibility and what you deliver yourselves. You decide how the project is priced onward.
No. I first assess what already exists and what is right for the project. I do not replace technology simply to use my favourite tool.
Yes, when it is useful. You decide the role, and you keep the project management and client relationship.
That is agreed per project. The delivery can be handed over to you, operated further by VaVa Studio, or covered by a separate maintenance agreement.
Send a short description. You do not need a finished specification. I will tell you what is possible, what is missing and what the next step should be.
