Build credit and discounts do not stack on the same delivery. You receive the single best eligible benefit.
Simple tools can live inside the agreement.
Simple calculators, forms and internal tools can be managed within the included capacity. Solutions involving payments, sensitive data, complex roles or a dedicated response time get a separate management scope, so responsibility and cost are clear before anything is promised.

You get predictable capacity and a lower threshold for improving the digital side. VaVa Studio gets a stable agreement that makes it possible to reserve time, follow up and learn how your business works.
The website is still yours. You choose the current standard VaVa Studio operations plan or an agreed handover to another provider.

An agreement whose results you never see is an agreement you cancel. That is why the partner agreement is built around a fixed rhythm: every quarter something concrete happens, and every quarter a document lands on the table showing what was done.

Photo and content day
We come out and photograph people, premises and products, and produce the content for the quarter ahead. No stock photography.

Status meeting
One hour going through what has been done, what is working, and what should be prioritised next quarter. You decide the order.

Report
A written summary of the work done, the hours used, and the state of the website and the systems. If you have AI, that is in there too. It is short and it is honest.
- 04
Ongoing work
Between quarters the included hours go to whatever you need: changes, new pages, design, integrations and bug fixing.
The limits are stated here, not in the small print.
Unused hours do not carry over. The development discount applies only to levels 4–6 and to new, scoped work outside included capacity — not subscriptions, Flow, training, photography, travel, licences, API usage or third parties. The 12-month term and build credit apply to the partner levels as stated at each level.
